workplace wellness yoga

Host a yoga class on Zoom for your employees. Especially in today’s increasingly demanding and competitive work environment, here’s why it’s a smart choice:

1. Reduce Stress and Improve Mental Health

Workplace stress is a leading cause of burnout, absenteeism, and poor job performance. Yoga has been shown to significantly reduce stress by promoting relaxation and mindfulness. It helps employees manage anxiety and pressure, fostering a more balanced and calm approach to work challenges. This leads to improved mental health, better decision-making, and greater emotional resilience.

2. Increase Productivity and Focus

Yoga encourages mindfulness and deep breathing, both of which can enhance concentration and cognitive function. Employees who practice yoga regularly are often better able to focus on tasks, think clearly, and work efficiently. By investing in yoga-based wellness programs, businesses can enhance employee productivity and performance across the board.

3. Enhance Employee Engagement and Satisfaction

Offering a corporate wellness program, especially one with yoga, shows that a company cares about the health and well-being of its employees. This can greatly improve job satisfaction, morale, and overall engagement. Employees are more likely to feel valued and supported when they see their employer investing in their wellness, leading to higher retention and reduced turnover.

4. Prevent Burnout

One of the biggest challenges businesses face today is employee burnout. High stress, long hours, and constant pressure can quickly lead to exhaustion and disengagement. Yoga helps counteract burnout by providing employees with an opportunity to recharge both mentally and physically. A regular yoga practice can help employees stay energized and avoid the physical and emotional toll of prolonged stress.

quarterly membership:

12 45-minute yoga classes via Zoom, spread out over three months. We recommend scheduling one class per week, at the same time, to maximize attendance.

The quarterly package is ideal for teams who want to see progress with their practice. A quarterly plan is built for commitment and geared toward results. If your group is ready for team building at an elevated level, this plan combines ancient wisdom with modern practices that will make your workplace for empathetic, more patient, more kind, more focused, and yes, happier.

Attendance is also highest with the quarterly plan because a diffusion of innovation effect exists. Your early adopters and yoga enthusiasts will be the first to join. After a few sessions, your early majority will join, expanding participation and bringing the cost per participant down significantly.

Our team will also work closely with your people leaders to incorporate your organization’s values into the sessions. If you have specific people metrics you want to hit, we will use yoga as a andragogic modality to infuse your mission into our sessions.

How Does Yoga Increase Productivity?

If you need more, just ask. We’ve got loads of data and articles that show how beneficial yoga is for your company’s bottom line.

Our Workplace Wellness program is aimed at helping you create a happier and healthier workforce from session one. Yoga provides a shared, non-competitive experience that brings employees together and encourages openness and vulnerability in a safe, non-judgmental space, which improves communication and reduces workplace tension.

When employees feel more connected to one-another on a personal level, they work together more effectively on a professional level.

Think of it as a resource for human resources.

Think of it as a team building activity that you can do from home.

Think of it as a way to connect leadership with their reports in a casual setting.

Think of it as way more fulfilling than another off-site at a local gastropub.
