// Physical Therapy + Yoga

A modern, scientific approach to ancient movement techniques

[ next class: monday, feb 3rd 7 pm ]

a new level of strength

What’s Physio Yoga? Simply put: physical therapy + yoga in one class.

We partner with the team at Pinyon Physical Therapy once a month to offer a unique movement and rehabilitation experience. Physio Yoga is a 50-minute class that offers a new perspective on the classic Vinyasa-inspired yoga flow, giving you detailed instruction and education throughout the format.

In just one session you’ll get:

  • a deeper understanding of how your own body moves and how it’s designed to heal itself

  • proper alignment cues for training and daily life

  • help relieving and managing pain at the core of the issue (so it goes away and stays away)

  • tips for building stabilization, strength, and power

add more range to your motion

Who should come to Physio Yoga? It isn’t only for those currently rehabilitating from injury — it’s for anyone who wants to improve athletic performance and gain a deeper understanding of the mechanics of movement.

There’s a laundry list of benefits that come from combining physical therapy and yoga, including improved flexibility and range of motion, injury recovery and prevention, stress relief, and improved joint health and mobility.
